At Hampton Inn Raleigh/Cary, we’re looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our hotel. Located in Cary, NC, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our guests and fostering a supportive environment for our team. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and professional attitude. Assisting with check-outs and handling payments efficiently. Answering guest inquiries and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction. Managing reservations and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with other team members to create a seamless guest experience. Maintaining the front desk area and ensuring it’s welcoming and organized. What We’re Looking For A friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills. Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities. A professional demeanor and attention to detail. No prior experience required – we’re happy to work with individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday Nights and 2 other weekday afternoons per week.
