We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale regulatory, finance, and enterprise data transformation initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment. This individual will drive cross-functional programs involving data governance, operational controls, regulatory reporting, and technology transformation while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing complex enterprise programs, leading cross-functional teams, assessing project risks, and delivering technology and business transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments. Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location : Tampa, FL (hybrid) Duration : 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion) Key Responsibilities Lead complex, multi-year enterprise projects from initiation through implementation. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting. Partner with Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to define project scope, business requirements, and delivery strategy. Drive regulatory change initiatives supporting enterprise data, finance, and operational control frameworks. Develop and implement data governance strategies that improve data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance. Perform project risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate functional architecture discussions and technology solution planning across multiple stakeholder groups. Support modernization initiatives including cloud migrations, enterprise platform upgrades, and process automation. Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders while providing regular project status updates and steering committee presentations. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and regulatory initiatives. Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management methodologies. Experience working with Finance, Risk, Data Management, Technology, and Operations teams. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting initiatives. Knowledge of regulatory reporting, operational controls, and enterprise risk frameworks. Experience leading cloud migration, system modernization, or large technology transformation programs.
