When you thrive, so does the community of care we're building together.Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can BeIf you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:High School Diploma or GED required60 hours or more of college coursework2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting. (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.Responsibilities:As a Field Supervisor, you will:Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.Our Investment in YouCaring for others starts with caring for you.
