About the Role

The Company is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to take on a pivotal role in managing both regulatory and public company reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing a range of regulatory filings, including Call Reports, Y-9 series, and Basel III submissions, as well as SEC reporting and financial statements. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with leadership and external auditors to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all filings. Additionally, the Financial Reporting Manager will be involved in SOX compliance, M&A activities, and various ad hoc projects, and will be expected to provide support for audits, internal controls, and financial analysis. Applicants for the Financial Reporting Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of accounting or reporting experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in public or public company accounting. Key qualifications include a deep knowledge of GAAP and financial disclosures, as well as specific experience in regulatory reporting, particularly with FFIEC Call Report, FRY9-LP and FRY9-C, and BASEL III calculations. Familiarity with XBRL tagging, EDGAR filing processes, and experience with reporting tools such as FedReporter, SmartCall, SmartY9, and Workiva is also required. The role involves leading a team, so the ability to hire and manage direct reports is essential. A CPA is preferred for this position.
