With more than 500 Five-Star Google Reviews , a beautiful Salt Lake City showroom, and an established presence on television, radio, Google, and social media, we're looking for an ambitious marketing professional to help take our brand to the next level. This is not a typical social media position. We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our company by learning our products, understanding our customers, and helping generate qualified leads through creative, measurable marketing strategies. About the Position This unique position combines digital marketing, content creation, customer interaction, and brand development. You'll spend part of your day working in our showroom greeting visitors, assisting with office responsibilities, answering customer questions, and learning our products firsthand. Those real customer conversations will help you create authentic marketing that connects with homeowners throughout Utah. You'll also work closely with ownership and our outside marketing partners to improve lead generation, strengthen our online presence, and maximize the return on our marketing investment. Primary ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms Develop engaging marketing campaigns that generate qualified homeowner leads Create compelling photo, video, and written content showcasing completed projects Manage and optimize Google Ads (Google Ads experience required) Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns Coordinate digital campaigns with our television and radio advertising Improve local SEO through blogs, landing pages, Google Business Profile, and website content Monitor campaign performance and continually improve results Website & Marketing Development Audit our website and recommend improvements that increase conversions Work with our SEO and web development partners Help develop landing pages and promotional campaigns Track conversions, website traffic, and marketing ROI using Google Analytics and other reporting tools AI & Marketing Innovation Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other emerging tools to improve productivity Research new marketing technologies and automation opportunities Help implement AI into everyday marketing workflows Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ideas Content Creation Photograph completed projects Capture customer testimonials Film and edit short-form videos for social media Design graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Write blog articles, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content Showroom & Office Support Welcome customers visiting our Salt Lake City showroom Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries Assist homeowners with scheduling appointments and product information Learn our products and services to become a knowledgeable brand ambassador Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications We're looking for someone who is ambitious, creative, and eager to grow with our company. Preferred qualifications include: 2–4 years of digital marketing experience Google Ads experience (required) Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing Strong writing and communication skills Video editing and content creation experience Photography experience is a plus Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience Knowledge of SEO best practices Google Analytics experience WordPress or website editing experience preferred Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT Excellent organizational and time management skills Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll help us: Increase qualified homeowner leads Grow our social media engagement and audience Improve website traffic and search rankings Create compelling video content highlighting our work Strengthen our local brand throughout Utah Improve marketing efficiency through AI and automation Increase showroom traffic and appointment requests Help maximize the return on our advertising investment Why Join Peach Doors & Windows?
