As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, while providing exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high-quality service Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training as needed Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards Develop and manage budgets and inventory for supplies and equipment Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., hospitality, healthcare) is preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management Proven leadership and supervision skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Familiarity with infection control policies and procedures Must be available at least one weekend per month About the Role As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Absolut Care of Aurora Park, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and staff.
