Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to foster ongoing progress at home
• Track Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring continuous patient advancement

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized academic institution
• Encouragement and support for continuous learning and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
