Job Description: About the RoleWe're looking for a Junior Salesforce Technologist to grow into a well-rounded platform generalist — someone who wants exposure across administration, light development, and business process work rather than staying in one lane. You'll work closely with a senior admin/developer and business stakeholders, handling day-to-day platform upkeep while building toward more advanced configuration and coding skills.What You'll DoPerform routine Salesforce administration: user setup/deactivation, permission sets, basic security settings, list views, page layoutsBuild and maintain declarative automation (Flow) for straightforward business processes, under guidance for more complex buildsAssist with data quality tasks — deduplication, imports/exports via Data Loader, basic data cleanupHelp gather requirements from business users for small enhancements and translate them into simple user stories or ticketsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards for business teamsProvide first-line end-user support: troubleshooting access issues, answering “how do I...” questions, escalating complex issues to senior team membersShadow senior developers/admins on larger projects (integrations, custom Apex/LWC work, sandbox migrations) to build technical depthMaintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support proceduresParticipate in testing and validation ahead of releases/deploymentsWhat You'll Bring2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (internship or professional)Salesforce Administrator certification required, or in progress with plan to obtain within first 90 daysBasic familiarity with Flow and declarative automation conceptsExposure to Apex/LWC is a plus but not required — willingness to learn is what matters mostStrong attention to detail and comfort working with dataAdvanced Excel and Salesforce reporting skillsGood written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and taking directionBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical/bootcamp experienceNice to HaveTrailhead badges/superbadges demonstrating self-directed learningExposure to a specific Salesforce cloud (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud)Basic SQL or scripting experience
