We are in need of more Sales Professionals to help with the abundance of customers visiting our dealership. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in a Potential SIX FIGURE INCOME? Advantage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is currently seeking to fill 4 sales positions. We are looking for dedicated individuals that are excited about an opportunity to join a winning team. Experience Preferred, but we will train the right candidate. We provide a positive, professional work environment with the best training in the industry. Come join our Family.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience in automotive sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail sales and outbound sales techniques
- Excellent public speaking and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Ability to manage inventory and perform retail math
- Experience in cold calling and upselling strategies
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
