Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assistant  to support our Quality team with quality documentation, material inspections, and recordkeeping. This entry-level  position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates interested in developing a career in quality assurance and engineering support. No prior quality experience is required , as on-the-job training will be provided. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Expected start date: November 9, 2026/ November 16, 2026/ November 23, 2026/ November 30, 2026

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining quality documents, inspection records, and reports.
• Support the Quality team with inspecting piping materials, fittings, and fabricated components according to established procedures.
• Prepare and update inspection checklists and maintain material certifications, test reports, and other quality records.
• Assist with documenting quality issues and tracking follow-up actions.
• Help prepare documentation for internal audits and customer inspections.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other relevant teams to support quality requirements.
• Translate technical documents and quality-related communications between English and Mandarin as needed.
• Participate in quality training and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow company quality procedures and applicable site safety requirements.
• Work in both office and fabrication environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior quality experience required ; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin , including verbal and written communication, is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, measurement tools, or quality documentation is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
