Interns will work alongside business leaders and subject matter experts to transform manual processes into scalable solutions that improve productivity across sales, partner management, enablement, and operations. This role provides hands‑on experience applying AI and automation technologies to real business challenges. Interns will participate in the complete solution lifecycle including requirements gathering, process analysis, prototype development, testing, documentation, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement productivity improvements using Siemens GPT, Microsoft Copilot, public AI tools, and automation platforms. Develop solutions using Python, Power Automate, Mendix, Excel, and related technologies. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Build prototypes, dashboards, reports, and workflow automations to address business challenges. Create documentation, training materials, best practices, and reusable prompt libraries. Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, technical, marketing, channel, and operational teams. Present project outcomes and recommendations to business leadership. Project areas can include the following: AI-assisted content generation and research, Sales and partner prospecting automation, Onboarding process automation, Reporting and dashboard development, Data collection and analysis, Knowledge management and process documentation, Business workflow optimizationand Copilot and generative AI use case development. Requirements Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (at least 2 days in our Livonia, MI office) within the United States of America. Experience with Python, Excel, Power Platform, low-code development tools, or similar technologies. Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement. Ability to translate business problems into practical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively while managing assigned projects independently. A successful intern will deliver business‑impacting projects, develop practical experience with AI and automation technologies, and create solutions that can be maintained and expanded by the organization after their internship concludes.

#LI-Hybrid You’ll Benefit From The hourly pay range for this position $18 - $50 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
