Office Administrator (Afternoon / Evening Shift)

Location: Cleveland, TN.
Pay: Competitive hourly pay starting around $12/hour , based on experience, plus weekly performance-based bonuses.
Schedule: Flexible afternoon/evening hours, including every other Saturday.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dependable, organized Office Administrator to join our dealership team. This role plays a critical part in daily operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is not a high-pressure sales role , but it does involve customer interaction and assisting with the sales process from start to finish.

Typical Schedule:

This position primarily works afternoon to evening hours , generally within the 2:00–7:00 PM window , Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday (10:00–3:00) .

We are flexible on start times and willing to adjust hours for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
• Greet customers and help facilitate test drives.
• Prepare, organize, and complete paperwork related to vehicle sales.
• Scan, file, and manage digital documents.
• Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
