Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $53.60/hour Competitive Pay Packages Weekly pay schedule via Direct Deposit (W-2) Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program 24/7 Dedicated team committed to your success throughout your time with VHS Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state/federal/local laws Licensure/Certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide pre-op and post-anesthesia care in Phase I and Phase II recovery settings Care for patients supporting major surgical services , including pediatric surgical populations Support a high-volume perioperative environment across multiple OR areas Perform patient monitoring and post-procedure assessments in accordance with unit standards Float as needed, including pediatric PACU support Coordinate care for patients of all ages across pre-op and recovery phases Work with required staffing patterns (ratio 1:2 ) What You Need Required Current RN licensure ACLS, BCLS, PALS Epic experience required Comfortable caring for patients of all ages in pre-op and Phase I/Phase II recovery Preferred Background in PACU or Pre/Post Op experience Experience supporting pediatric high-volume recovery environments About the Assignment This assignment supports pre-op and recovery care (Phase I and Phase II) for surgical services across a multi-OR environment, including pediatric and adult patients.
