If you would enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are looking for a chance to become part of a stellar team of professionals, we invite you to apply online today.WORK MODEL#LI-OnSiteWHAT YOU WILL DOManage the Incentive Planning function at Hyundai Motor America (HMA), including Competitive Analysis, Budget Forecasting, and Incentive Scenario Development.Manage Incentive Planning and Budgeting for the EV model line.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTGather and Manage input and recommendations from Sales and HMA Regional Offices on future incentive programs.Collaborate with Regional Offices to determine the most efficient Program Spend.Participate in Incentive Budget Planning and ensure accuracy.Manage Inputs for Monthly Governance processes, including:Consolidation of Competitive Data.Preliminary pricing for HMF Retail and Lease Programs.Preparation of PowerPoint slides and coordination with Product Line Management teams on incentive recommendationsManage HMA Budget Forecasting Process with input from Hyundai Motor Finance (HMF).Manage validation of HMF subvention retail and lease programs and authorize payment to HMF.Maintain competitive data sources and subject matter expertise on all competitive incentive programs at the regional level.Communicate with Sales on Incentive Program Performance. Make recommendations for improvements and optimization of current programs.Manage direct reports, effectively coach, counsel, and develop staff. Utilize the diverse talents of the staff by efficiently managing staff's time, materials and budget while focusing on the goals and vision of the company.Use advanced knowledge to support ad hoc requests from HMC and various departments.Manage direct reports allocating workload and providing guidance.Route HMF APR & Lease subvention payments.Initiate PO requests for various competitive data vendors.Hiring and performance evaluations for direct reports.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEMust be a high school graduate.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Six or more years of experience of which at least two years of directly related experience in automotive/automotive related with focus on quantitative and competitive analyses.Auto lending experience preferred.Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.Experienced in managing large financial budgets.Excellent operations management skills, with working knowledge of C&I activities a plus.Experienced in managing teams to work well under pressure and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills, with the ability to structure presentations for senior management.Good analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and programming languagesWHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOUMonthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance).Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.Medical, dental,and vision insurance for you and your family, with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts401(k) retirement plan with Employer MatchAdditional 401(K) Employer Enhanced Contribution program – eligible after 1 year of employment, in addition to the regular employer matching contributionVacation and sicktime offEmployer-paid basic life and disability coverage, including Paid-Family Leave.Mental health, wellbeing, and employee assistance programHealth advocate (support)Education Reimbursement program: Up to $5,250 per year for employees seeking higher education degrees.External Training and Development ProgramsCompensation Range: $91,000.00 - $130,000.00 annual base salaryWHAT HAPPENS NEXTExpress your interest by submitting an application.
