TEKsystems is seeking a Live Expert Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second line technical support for internal employees. The role involves analyzing and resolving issues across software, hardware, and connectivity, with remote troubleshooting and strong service mindset. This contract position is remote, with weekend shifts during tax peak and 40 hours per week. The role requires logging incidents in ServiceNow, supporting access to systems, and using Slack for collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr TEKsystems
