Store Leader in Training: Grow to Manager

CVS Health

CVS Health in Edmond, Oklahoma, is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) for a development-focused, 16-week program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The position blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, and coaching from a Store Manager.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with a four-year degree preferred, and retail management experience or CVS supervisory experience.
