Requirements: Physician Assistant with North Carolina State License Location: NC Explore and experience how Avance Care is providing professional and personal life balance:

• Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)
• Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour
• Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists
• Innovative, integrated use of telehealth
• Centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management
