Injection Mold Set Up Technician
We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Set Up Technician to perform mold changeovers, machine setups, troubleshooting, and process adjustments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and remove injection molds from presses
- Adjust machine settings to ensure quality production
- Troubleshoot molding and equipment issues
- Perform first-piece inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Experience in an injection molding environment required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hand tools, overhead cranes, and mold clamps
- Knowledge of plastic resins and molding processes
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
