What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into system designs
• Decompose system requirements into architecture, interfaces, and test strategies
• Coordinate with software, integration, and test teams to ensure system performance
• Support the design and deployment of ground systems and communication networks
• Contribute to system lifecycle activities including design, validation, and integration

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering (or 3+ years with a Master's degree)
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field
• 3+ years of experience in system design, requirements decomposition, and integration

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience with satellite communications, ground systems, or DoD network design (e.g., Link-16, SatCom)
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and microservices
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw
• Programming experience in Java, Python, or MATLAB
• Background in simulation and modeling tools such as STK
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
• Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs
