Pay range is $40 - $45 / hour (depending on experience), plus mileage reimbursement.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you'll provide hands-on patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort, safety, and positive outcomes for patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, direct patient care in accordance with state regulations
• Implement care plans developed by the RN and document progress accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate observations to the RN and physician
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality service
• Participate in professional development and team meetings

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
• Current LPN/LVN license in the State of Nevada
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Hospice or MedSurg a plus)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
