Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our BCBA's are responsible for the clinical oversight and outcomes of a defined caseload, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA services. This role owns the full clinical lifecycle—from assessment through treatment implementation, staff supervision, and client progress. This position is hands‑on and clinic‑based, requiring consistent in‑person presence to support staff, model clinical skills, and maintain treatment fidelity.
