Looking for a Receiving Dispatcher to join our team in the area of Morgan Hill will be a temporary position. Must be Bilingual/Spanish
Essential Duties:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that promotes work safely and product integrity.
- Must follow all Safety HACCP & GMP requirements always.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be flexible to accommodate changing business conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with procurement on inbound schedules and discpreancies.
- Review incoming shipments and verify receipts and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Timely and accuarate receiving of all inbound shipments
- Will be required to monitor incoming purchases orders to ensure timely delivery on materials
- Inspection of inbound Raw delivery and report and Raw out of specifications
- May perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of inventory handling receiving and control practices is a plus
- SAP,HANA experience
- Micosoft Office Suite experience
- Must have good communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime
- Bilingual/Spanish
