Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Previous school-based experience (preferred)
• Ability to work with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classroom and individual settings
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
• Provide training and resources to staff to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
• Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across grade levels
