Job Description YOUR ROLE As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you\'re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and deliver excellent service. Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications / What You\'d Be Great For Love interacting with people and delivering great service. Energetic, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work during peak hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. At least 18 years of age.
