No Medicare or Medicaid. Traveling to a client’s home within our territory is a requirement Your Schedule, Pay & Location: Per Diem: You create your schedule $70 per visit / $100 per evaluation Weekly Pay North Metro Area A day in the life of our Physical Therapist: As an Physical Therapist (PT), you will assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment.
