We are seeking a Level 1 Support Tech to join our team! You will resolve computer- + user-related issues for our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
* Resolve issues for users via phone, in person, or remote control/access
* Onboard new staff with hardware and software
* O365 is used extensively
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
* Positive and professional demeanor
