HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with one of the nation's leading pharmacies in Madisonville, KY. Daily Responsibilities For The Pharmacist-In-Charge Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, associates and outside vendors You will work with the PIC to establish schedule Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 – 5 on Sundays Required Qualifications for the Pharmacist-In-Charge Bachelor's degree in pharmacy Current pharmacist licensure in good standing Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacist-In-Charge 1 year of retail experience Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing) Benefits for the Pharmacist-In-Charge Best-in-class benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance plan options Paid Time Off - Vacation and Health and Wellness days + paid Holidays 401(k) Match, Retirement Plans, and Tuition Reimbursement Lower Pharmacist to Technician ratio to ensure you can focus on what matters, your patients!
