Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced REMOTE Sales Representative to introduce the company to new prospective millwork customers and drive annual sales exceeding $2,000,000. This is a new market expansion, role making the entire New England Territory wide open. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and quoting and selling custom millwork packages. The position offers remote flexibility with face-to-face customer visits.

Responsibilities
-Read and interpret blueprints to support customer project needs
-Conduct remote and in-person meetings with customers as needed
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

-Generate new business opportunities and achieve annual sales goals

-Develop and maintain relationships with prospective millwork customers

-Apply gross margin mark-up knowledge to prepare accurate estimates and pricing
-Quote and sell custom millwork packages, including mouldings, jambs, and related products

Requirements

-Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

-Existing relationships with target customer types is highly desirable

-Ability to read blueprints & understand construction specifications

-Strong communication, negotiation, & relationship-building skills
-Knowledge of gross margin mark-up and estimating practices

-Proven experience in sales and new business development
-Background in construction and millwork sales preferred
