Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis
• Assist with corporate consolidations and financial reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
