Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 3+ years of inpatient/outpatient experience and required pediatric experience for an evening shift contract in Newark, NJ.

Details

• Inpatient, outpatient, and ED patient population, including pediatric and PICU patients
• Uses GE, Siemens, PACS, C-arm, and portable equipment for abdomen and chest imaging
• Charting performed in Epic
• 5x8-hour evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient and/or outpatient radiology experience required
• Pediatric and PICU experience required
• Active NJ or Compact license required; license required if applicable
• BLS required
• ARRT-R preferred
• Proficiency with GE, Siemens, PACS, C-arm, and portable abdomen and chest imaging required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Two current professional references required
• Copies of certifications required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers and local candidates are welcome to apply
• Former employees of the RWJBH health system (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• Black scrubs required
