Job Title: Medication Aide

Job Summary:
Arlington Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medication Aide to join our care team. The Medication Aide is responsible for assisting with the administration of medications to residents while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and report any issues or concerns

• Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to nursing staff

• Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed

• Maintain medication carts, storage areas, and records in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Support a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current Medication Aide/Medication Technician certification in the state of Georgia (required)

• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication administration protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
