Be the Quality Gatekeeper for Fresh, Prepared Foods

Step onto the floor at Mama’s Creations, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAMA) and start your shift making sure our “Grandma Quality” expectations are met. Your day begins with pre‑op checks across the line—verifying sanitation, confirming environmental monitoring results, and getting production set up for success. As product starts moving, you’ll rotate through in‑process verifications, examine finished goods, and capture accurate records that keep us audit‑ready. Along the way, you’ll coach associates on inspection techniques and documentation, and when something’s off, you’ll help investigate the root cause so we can prevent it next time.

What You’ll Do

• Run and document pre‑operation inspections; perform in‑process checks and finished product evaluations.
• Verify sanitation completion and review environmental monitoring results.
• Maintain precise FSQA records; support preparation for internal and external audits.
• Train associates in inspection methods and proper documentation.
• Escalate deviations and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical food safety training preferred.
• 2+ years of FSQA or QA experience in food manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and basic microbiology.

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• Comfort working in both cold and hot production areas; consistent PPE use required.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:30 pm – 10:15 pm
• Work Location: In person
