Join us to play a vital role in building durable structures while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.DutiesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accuratelyCoordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlinesOversee the installation of rebar, metal studs, siding, stucco, roofing, trim carpentry, and masonry components with precisionEnsure all safety protocols are followed rigorously across the site to maintain a secure work environmentOperate heavy equipment and power tools safely while managing heavy lifting tasks effectivelyConduct quality inspections of work performed; address issues promptly to maintain high standards of concrete finishing, plastering, restoration, and remodeling projectsExperienceProven experience in construction site management with a focus on framing or carpentry rolesExtensive hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, stucco, and restoration projectsSkilled in blueprint reading and working from schematics for complex construction tasksProficient with hand tools and power tools used in framing and carpentry applicationsDemonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely in diverse construction environmentsStrong knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols; ability to enforce compliance among team membersExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectivelyJoin our dynamic team where your expertise will shape the future of structural projects!
