HR Operations Coordinator

Human Resources Operations Coordinator – Glassboro, New Jersey Acenda Integrated Health is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage workforce compliance, onboarding, and HR operations for its behavioral health programs in Glassboro, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities Maintain program-specific compliance requirements for workforce members for onboarding and regulatory purposes. Conduct monthly personnel file audits with a minimum compliance rate of 95% and submit monthly personnel file audit KPIs. Provide employment verification and compensation information in accordance with agency policy. Collect, review, and upload all required onboarding documentation and verify employment eligibility through completion of the Form I‑9 process. Ensure current professional licenses are maintained for applicable positions. Support HR Operations, including team projects, weekly/monthly deliverables, and coverage of recruiting, onboarding, benefits, absence, and meeting management. Respond to HR inquiries while providing excellent customer service to workforce members, supervisors, vendors, and clients. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three years of administrative and/or Human Resources experience preferred. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team in a diverse and inclusive environment. Proficiency in computer applications, data entry, and record management. Physical ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods, perform repetitive hand and finger movements, move throughout the workplace, and occasionally lift or carry objects up to 20pounds. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle as required. Additional Information Base rate: $25–$27 per hour. Bilingual (Spanish) rate: an additional $1.50 per hour.
