As a Senior Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams to solve complex procurement and supply chain challenges. From Day 1, you'll contribute to developing and implementing practical solutions that create measurable value for our clients.

• Deliver end-to-end project work. Analyze procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions that deliver real value and results for our clients.

• Build knowledge across Inverto. Contribute to communities of expertise, share project learnings, and continue developing your capabilities across procurement and supply chain topics.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.
• BS from an accredited university (MS is preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Results-orientated mindset.
• Confidence and persuasiveness - able to drive individually and come ready with a perspective.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams. At times, this role will require significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects.
• An authentic, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives through team collaboration.

You'll collaborate with experienced consultants and procurement specialists across Inverto North America while partnering closely with colleagues throughout the broader BCG network. Together, you'll work in diverse, high-performing teams that value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Additional info: YOU'LL BE BASED IN: This role is currently open in Atlanta, Brooklyn, and Chicago. YOU'LL BE TRAVELING: Moderate travel is anticipated and will vary based on specific project locations.

FOR U.S. APPLICANTS: The first-year base compensation for this role starts at $160,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
