Postman / REST AssuredCI/CD: Jenkins/GitLab / Azure DevOpsExperience with cloud testing platforms (Sauces / BrowserStack)Domain knowledge in Insurance / Banking/CRMRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities.Define test strategy, test plans, and automation approachDevelop and execute functional, regression, integration, and automation testingImplement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium / Webdriver IO)Execute Salesforce applications testingIntegrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab / Azure Devops)Manage defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA / qTestCollaborate with developers, product owners, Business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
