Senior Corporate & Commercial Real Estate Transaction Paralegal

The Senior Paralegal will directly assist and support the General Counsel and other members of the legal team, with a primary focus on transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting corporate and real estate transactions, while also demonstrating the versatility to support a broad range of legal matters. This position will be based in New York, NY. Support the legal team in all aspects of corporate governance, real estate transactions, and other legal matters and special projects Assist in the preparation, review and editing of legal documents, including transaction documents, NDAs, license agreements and other contracts Support corporate/real estate transactions and coordinate closing processes Monitor transaction timelines, closing checklists, and follow up on outstanding items Prepare organizational documents, including entity formation documents, operating agreements, assignments, authorizing resolutions, officer/incumbency certificates and other governance materials Maintain legal department files and transaction documentation Collaborate and interface with outside legal counsel, internal business teams and other stakeholders Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of paralegal experience supporting corporate and transactional matters in a law firm or in-house legal department Experience supporting corporate and transactional matters Experience with commercial real estate transactions Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
