As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

• Promote restorative care and encourage resident independence

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive team environment

• Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times

• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Passion for providing compassionate and personalized care

• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated professional

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Desire to grow within a supportive healthcare environment
