Registered Nurse (RN) - Administrative Supervisor

Education Requirements BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required. If candidate holds an ADN, a BSN degree is required within 3 years. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience. Responsibilities As an Administrative Supervisor, play a vital role in overseeing the quality of patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Providing Leadership in Patient Care: organize and oversee patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Make a Meaningful Impact: align with the mission and goals of Essentia Health and contribute to the community. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: maintain adherence to the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Work Schedule 60 hours per pay period. Every Other Weekend. Rotating 12‑hour shifts. Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Licensure & Certification Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
