Pay: $18-19.00/HR Hours: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM Temp to Hire Location: Sun City, AZ

Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team! This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working with data.

You will assist customers with questions and concerns while also supporting Excel, data entry, and customer escalation tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable using multiple computer applications, and able to provide excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide fast, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Work toward resolving customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
• Complete Excel, data entry, and other data-related tasks.
• Use available tools and resources to research and resolve customer issues accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer and data records.
• Develop knowledge of products, processes, and services.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, efficiency, attendance, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Drug and background screening
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of customers and personalities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
