Assembler

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading event services and logistics company, is seeking skilled Assemblers to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have mechanical aptitude, and take pride in building high-quality products in a fast-paced shop environment.

Assembler Job Summary:

Shift Available:
1st Shift

Pay:
Starting at $20.00 - $25.00/hr (based on experience)

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble trade show booths, displays, and related products according to specifications
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with cleaning, repairing, and storing inventory and finished products
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform other assembly and shop duties as assigned

Assembler Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of assembly, shop, or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read assembly drawings, blueprints, or work instructions
• Experience using hand and power tools required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
