Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedics & Pelvic Health

Overview Full-time or part-time. Private, out-of-network outpatient physical therapy & wellness clinic in Los Altos serving Silicon Valley since 2002. We run a low-volume setting with 55‑minute one‑on‑one sessions. What Makes Us Different 55‑minute sessions; one patient at a time with no double‑booking or rushing; minimal paperwork with an easy‑to‑use EHR; low turnover; integrative services such as Pilates, Gyrotonic, Yoga, regenerative therapy training, and other modalities on site. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health patients, documenting in our electronic health system and collaborating closely with a small, tight‑knit team while learning cutting‑edge regenerative therapies as part of your professional development. What We're Looking For Active California Physical Therapy license and current CPR certification Passion for outpatient orthopedics, with pelvic health experience or interest a strong plus Collaborative, positive team player who communicates well Experience with Pilates Rehab, Graston, or Cupping is a bonus ‑ not required Availability late afternoons, early evenings, or Saturdays helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Full‑time annual: $90,000 – $135,200 Part‑time hourly: $41.00 – $65.00+ Pay structure: W2, profit‑sharing model Benefits (based on hours): Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Professional development: Mentorship, continuing education Payers reflect our profit‑sharing model: therapists earn more when patients return and refer others — which they do, consistently.
