What You’ll Do Deliver individualized, play-based interventions tailored to each child’s medical and psychosocial needs Promote emotional, social, and cognitive development while honoring family dynamics, culture, and developmental stages Prepare children and caregivers for procedures and diagnoses using developmentally appropriate education and coping strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support holistic pediatric care Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Child Life, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or Pediatric Psychology Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a healthcare or related setting Certification: Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) required What's In It For You At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
