Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this position, you’ll assist certified teachers in classroom instruction, provide direct support to students, and help create a positive learning atmosphere. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a school paraprofessional or similar role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or paraprofessional certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping children succeed
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic educational team
- Comfortable engaging with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, respectful classroom environment
Responsibilities in This Role:
- Assist teachers with daily classroom tasks, lesson implementation, and individualized instruction
- Provide one-on-one or small group academic support tailored to student needs
- Encourage positive student behavior and social interaction
- Monitor and assist with classroom activities and transitions
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development as required
- Support students with special needs, helping ensure access to learning opportunities
