Compensation $90,000 – $130,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential, and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Duties / Responsibilities Clinician Education & Engagement Partner with Practice Group Manager to support new clinicians through regional onboarding training and orientation. Advocate for ongoing clinical training, education, and supervision based on regional needs and regulations. Facilitate training, coaching, and education to strengthen best practices and foster professional growth. Enable regular peer consultation forums for case review and peer support. Meet with high‑performing clinicians to provide feedback, mentorship, and career development opportunities. Lead efforts to foster a positive culture and empower clinicians in partnership with state leadership. Clinical Strategy & Operations Provide clinical support and oversight of psychotherapy clinicians. Report KPIs to regional leadership and evaluate quality metrics to address center‑level trends. Develop clinician‑focused strategic solutions to improve behavioral health service delivery. Offer onsite clinical consultation, expertise, and support for clinical concerns. Ensure compliance with state supervisory protocols and national clinical policies. Collaborate with operations leaders on personnel actions and staffing needs. Monitor clinic data and communicate issues related to clinician satisfaction and retention. Clinician Interviewing & Hiring Partner with recruiting and operations to support clinician recruitment strategies. Facilitate clinician interviews and use clinical competence assessment to guide hiring decisions. Clinical Integrity & Risk Management Support investigation and response to clinical integrity concerns to mitigate risks and liabilities. Engage operational leadership to manage complaints related to standard of care. Consult and support clinical integrity and regulatory compliance processes, including escalation and reporting. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical safety standards. Evaluate policy initiatives against regulations and professional ethics. Partner with legal/compliance to advise clinicians on subpoenas, court orders, and other legal matters. Conduct clinical record reviews and collaborate with teams for quality improvement and risk management. Required Skills / Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication. Exceptional engagement at team and staff level. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement based on current clinical best practices. Experience managing a diverse team and a track record for hiring, coaching, and retaining talent. Proven ability to improve business processes, quality, and decision‑making with measurable results. Experienced clinician with proven ability to develop the clinical practice of other clinicians. Effective at communicating and translating complexity to a clinical audience. Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate clinical compliance risk. Education and Experience MA in clinical social work, marriage & family therapy, clinical counseling, or related field, or PhD/PsyD in clinical psychology. 5+ years of clinical experience. Experience in clinical leadership. Active clinical license. Supervisory Responsibilities Provides clinical support and oversight of psychotherapy clinicians. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Physical Requirements The role requires sitting, standing, bending, talking, hearing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustment. In Office and Travel Requirements The Clinical Director must reside and practice in the state where they serve as Director. At least 60% of the time will be spent onsite supporting clinicians; additional travel to national leadership meetings is required quarterly.
