Position Overview Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is looking for professionals in the behavioral and mental health field to provide Behavioral Assistance services on a per diem basis working with at-risk youth and families across various communities in New Jersey. Responsibilities Provide behavioral intervention strategies as outlined in an individualized service plan by a licensed clinician. Work with youth/families in the home setting and/or in the community for 2–4 hours a week, typically on a per diem basis. Stabilize the child's behavior that led to crisis referrals. Prevent or reduce the need for inpatient hospitalization. Prevent the movement of the child's residence. Requirements Minimum high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a social services related field. At least 1 year of experience working one-on-one with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies. Valid New Jersey driver’s license with privileges in good standing. No caseload requirement; flexibility to work as needed. Work Schedule Full-Time/Part-Time Per Diem. Service hours typically range from 2–4 hours per week.
