Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team and provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in a busy, well-established practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, utilizing modern technology, and practicing alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of general dentistry cases, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans while educating patients on their oral health needs.
• Utilize modern digital technology to improve diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Ohio dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.
• Experience preferred, but confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.
