Implementation Specialist

GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation Specialist Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a growing business to hire a Part-Time GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation Specialist. This is a 10 hour/week role for someone who can truly own GHL execution and not someone who simply knows how to use the platform, but someone who can take a desired outcome and build the full solution independently. The ideal candidate will be given goals like \"We have a new lead magnet. Set up everything needed in GHL to capture the lead, deliver it, and follow up\" and run with it end-to-end, without needing step-by-step direction. Key Responsibilities: Build and update funnels and landing pages Set up forms and lead magnet delivery Build automated workflows and follow-up sequences Set up products, offers, checkout pages, and payment links Update pricing and payment information Set up post-purchase automations Build and schedule email campaigns Upload and schedule social media posts through GHL Create and clean up tags, custom fields, triggers, and contact organization Troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and other GHL issues Test their own work before handing it back for review Perform general cleanup and maintenance across GHL client accounts Qualifications: Strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (required) Proven experience with workflows and automation Experienced with funnels, forms, products, payments, and email campaigns Comfortable managing multiple client subaccounts Sharp attention to detail and strong troubleshooting instincts Organized, responsive, and reliable Able to work from an outcome rather than requiring step-by-step instructions Comfortable asking clarifying questions when genuine business context is needed Takes ownership - proactively flags and, where appropriate, fixes broken workflows, links, or messy tag structures rather than waiting to be told Why Join Scale Up Philippines?
