NOW HIRING! Certified Maintenance Technician

Looking for a hands-on maintenance professional ready to start quickly! BG Staffing is partnering with a reputable apartment community in San Marcos, TX 78666 and is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity.

Pay: $24/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Start Date: 8/3/2026

Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily service requests and emergency repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance work
• Complete unit turns and make-ready projects
• Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
• Provide excellent service to residents and team members

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Required
• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong technical skills across multiple trades
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
