Brush & Roll Painter

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-Time/Day Shift
Pay: $21.50 - $24.75 per hour , depending on experience

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Brush & Roll Painter to join our team in

LA County, CA . The ideal candidate will have 6 months–3yrs minimum of painting experience and be comfortable applying paint with brushes and rollers while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

Responsibilities:

• Apply paint and coatings using brushes and rollers.
• Perform precise cut-in work with clean, straight lines.
• Assist with basic color matching and touch-ups.
• Prepare and protect work areas using masking materials.
• Safely use painting tools, including brushes, rollers, extension poles, and basic masking equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
•  

Qualifications:

• 6–12 months of professional painting experience preferred.
• Proficient with brush and roller application techniques.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal overspray or material waste.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods, 10 feet height ladders, and scaffold 30 feet.
